My particular location is amazing with a view of the lake which both many friendly fish , and a beautiful surrounding atmosphere everything on property is kept very clean and well organized and the staff, Rich in particular was very welcoming and got me into my beautiful new home apartment quickly. I’m looking forward to spending the next year here, The atmosphere is quiet any apartment is very clean and quaint. Plus the location is close to everything and affordable I would definitely recommend moving into these apartments.

The awesome experience, I've been given by Mr DeNezza has been nothing more the amazing. I've been in customer service since 1998 so I know customer service. he exceeds his expectations he go's the extra mile for the people he's appreciated.. be safe an blessed everyone...

Heronwood is a very nice little community my daughter just got a one bedroom apartment there and she couldn't be happier, her college FSW is right next door it's perfect cause all the students had to leave the dorms due to the corona virus and if and when they reopen my daughter is right there, it's in a very nice and clean area, Rich the property manager there is a great guy he helped my daughter's move in process a breeze if my daughter has any issues with her place he takes care of it immediately even though my daughter hasn't had anything major to address but he is right there to help with any issues if they were to arise, overall my daughter is very happy there and that's really all that matters to me, I would definitely recommend this place for the area, it's clean, affordable and Rich the property manager is a great guy.

Rich is a Greatest Manager Heronwood has seen. As a former resident and still a visitor, I have seen him go the extra mile for the people at Heronwood. Thank you for all your hard work Rich. You re the Best!!!!

I had literally two weeks to move into a new place and Rich help me get on this apartment without any problems at all explain to me thoroughly what I needed to do and how to get it done and even gave me heads up about the area even though I was from here and didn’t tell him now that I’m six months into the lease I’m thinking of releasing again in March thanks Rich your fantastic

Well I would like to say this was the best and fastest move in without any delemas.Rich definitely made me feel like a priority and stayed in contact with me all the way to the end of move in.i would come to the office and if I needed help with something rich helped me. I knew from the beginning when I first spoke with Rich that this was gonna be home.now I am an army veteran and I was homeless and rich made me feel that there was hope and I wouldn't be homeless anymore.he was right and his level of care towards people was right on.im here because of him and his persistence. If your looking to move and your having problems just come see rich.you won't be disappointed.
